Compensation

All Open Roles:
- Staff Mobile Engineer ($175k-$225k, first-of-function role, full React Native build)
- Senior Full Stack Engineer ($150k-$200k, React/TS/Node product engineer)
- Senior Backend Engineer ($150k-$200k, Node/NestJS APIs & Postgres expert)
- Staff Software Engineer ($200k-$225k, Fullstack or Backend lean)
- Technical Lead ($200k-$230k, player/coach people managers)
Tech Stack:
Typescript with ReactJS and NodeJS plus NestJS, PostgreSQL, GCP, AWS, SQL, TypeORM, and shadcn for hosting our UI Library. Our Mobile app will be written in React Native.
