About the role

We are looking for a high-performance Ad Creative Producer with experience in iGaming, online casinos, sweepstakes, or betting industries. This is not a branding-only role; it is a performance marketing role where your creatives directly impact CPA, ROAS, and revenue. You will generate scroll-stopping ad concepts, lead rapid testing cycles, collaborate daily with User Acquisition Managers, optimize creatives based on real-time data, and operate within a compliance-sensitive environment. You will report to the Ad Creative Lead and work closely with the User Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ideation and development of high-converting ad creatives, including casino-native angles (jackpots, wins, bonuses, urgency, competition, FOMO), gameplay ads, UGC-style videos, statics, and AI-generated creatives.

  • Ensure all creatives comply with sweepstakes regulations and ad platform policies.

  • Rapidly iterate concepts based on performance data and maintain high production velocity for Meta and Google Display campaigns.

  • Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, identify winning patterns, and scale top-performing creatives.

  • Analyze creative-level metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, CVR, CPA, ROAS), generate hypotheses based on trends, provide structured performance insights, and continuously refine messaging and creative hooks.

  • Monitor iGaming and sweepstakes advertising trends, analyze competitor creatives and funnels, identify emerging angles in online casino advertising, and stay informed about compliance and policy updates.

  • Collaborate closely with User Acquisition Managers, designers, and content creators to execute concepts, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute to improving internal creative systems.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in ad creative production with a proven track record of producing high-performing performance ads.

  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, sweepstakes, or betting industries, including working in compliance-sensitive or regulated advertising verticals.

  • Strong understanding of Meta and Google Ads ecosystems and deep knowledge of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
