Admissions & Enrolment ExecutiveThis is not a call-handling or administrative role. This is a high-performance admissions role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting the right students into A-Team Academy.You will be the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, and you will play a critical role in shaping the quality of families who join the academy.This is a commercial, relationship-driven position where quality matters more than volume, and where judgement directly impacts the success of the academy.The Role You will be responsible for managing the full admissions pipeline from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring that only high-quality, well-matched students progress into the academy.You will:Respond to incoming enquiries promptly and professionally
Qualify leads based on fit, need, and alignment with the academy
Conduct initial discovery conversations with parents
Book and coordinate consultations with the Academy Operations Lead
Ensure a smooth and professional enrolment journey for families
Maintain accurate records of all enquiries and outcomes in our systems
Support conversion through structured follow-ups and communication
Once a student is enrolled, ownership of the relationship passes to the Academy Operations Lead.What Success Looks Like Success in this role is not measured by how many people you speak to.It is measured by the quality of students you bring into the academy and the effectiveness of the admissions pipeline.Within this role, success looks like:High-quality enquiries are quickly identified and prioritised
Low-quality or unsuitable leads are filtered out early
Consultation bookings are efficient and well-qualified
Students arrive to consultations informed, prepared and engaged
Strong conversion rates from consultation to enrolment
A smooth, professional and consistent admissions experience
Clean handover of enrolled students to the operations team
Key Performance Measures You will be measured on outcomes such as:Lead response time (speed and professionalism of first contact)
Qualification accuracy (quality of leads passed to consultations)
Consultation booking rate
Consultation attendance rate
Conversion rate from consultation to enrolment
Quality of enrolments (fit and retention indicators over time)
Accuracy and completeness of admissions records
Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a commercially minded, highly organised and people-focused professional who is confident engaging with parents and capable of making sound judgement calls about fit and suitability.You may come from backgrounds such as:Admissions or enrolment roles
Recruitment (agency or in-house)
Sales or business development
Customer success or client onboarding
Premium customer service or hospitality environments
Education support or school admissions

Interview Process Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview in July 2026.The process will include scenario-based assessments and practical exercises focused on communication, judgement, and admissions decision-making.Successful candidates will begin structured onboarding and training in August 2026, preparing them fully for the role and systems within A-Team Academy.Application Process We are not just looking for experience. We are looking for judgement, ownership, and the ability to consistently make high-quality decisions under pressure.
