Application Developer
IT Talent Solutions LtdWe’re looking for an experienced Application Developer to join our client's talented development team supporting and enhancing large-scale enterprise applications used by global clients. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges, modernising legacy systems, and delivering stable, high-performing solutions — this could be the role for you.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing critical Delphi-based applications, working closely with technical teams and business users to deliver reliable software improvements, troubleshoot issues, and support long-term system stability.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong commercial experience with Delphi (XE2, XE10 & later) 10 yrs+ experience
- Solid MS SQL Server / Transact SQL expertise 10yrs + exp.
- Experience with .Net C# 3 yrs + exp.
- Knowledge of enterprise-scale, data-driven applications
- Ability to analyse, refactor, and improve existing codebases
- Experience working within structured SDLC environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Maintain, support, and enhance existing applications
- Diagnose and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions
- Contribute to ongoing system improvements and future development projects
