We are in search of an experienced Architectural & Interior Designer who is fervent about design and possesses a rich background in both residential and commercial project designs, mainly in kitchens and bathrooms.
As a Kitchen/ Bathrooms Designer/Architect, you will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of kitchen/bathrooms design projects from inception to completion. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency.

We are in search of an experienced Architectural & Interior Designer who is fervent about design and possesses a rich background in both residential and commercial project designs, mainly in kitchens and bathrooms.
As a Kitchen/ Bathrooms Designer/Architect, you will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of kitchen/bathrooms design projects from inception to completion. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and plan kitchen/bathroom renovations that meet client specifications and recent trends.
- Create detailed construction documents for client presentations and supplier coordination.
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3DS Max, and Lumion to produce high-quality visualizations.
- Engage with clients to refine designs and confirm requirements, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
- Creation and elevation of designs using the 20/20 platform.
- Deployment of the KCDW software for developing and presenting precise kitchen concept visuals.
- Execution of 3D modeling and elementary rendering for architectural and interior designs utilizing Revit and Sketchup.
- Production of detailed planimetric sketches employing AutoCAD.
- Type: International Service Provision
- In compliance with each Goverment regulations, the contractor will be held responsible for their own social security and tax payments.
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, 3DS Max, and Revit; knowledge of 20/20 software is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in kitchen design and renovation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous kitchen projects.
- Excellent understanding of construction documentation and experience with both U.S. and international metric systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Manage and coordinate projects, including tasks related to audit, refurbishment, carpentry, management reporting, reconciliations, urban regeneration, and 3D modeling.
- Utilize your skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for visual presentations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in architectural design.
