Brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo a las diferentes áreas de la organización, asegurando el control documental, la coordinación de actividades y el seguimiento de procesos administrativos.
Principales Funciones
- Gestión y organización de documentación fÃsica y digital.
- Elaboración y control de expedientes, reportes y documentos administrativos.
- Atención de correos, llamadas y seguimiento a solicitudes internas.
- Coordinación de agendas, reuniones y actividades administrativas.
- Apoyo en procesos de facturación, control de pagos y gestión de suministros.
- Actualización de información en sistemas administrativos y apoyo en actividades asignadas.
- Estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas, ContadurÃa Pública, IngenierÃa Industrial o carreras afines (en curso o finalizados).
- De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos administrativos o de asistencia.
- Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).
- Experiencia en gestión documental, elaboración de reportes y atención al cliente interno.
- Deseable conocimiento en sistemas ERP y procesos básicos de facturación.
- Contrato por proyecto de 3 meses.
- Modalidad 100% remoto
- Horario de oficina.
- Lunes a viernes
