About our client
We are working with a major asset manager to support their market-leading infrastructure team, focused on direct investments globally. This role will cover investments across the flagship and energy transition fund. Due to continued success, they are looking to bring an ambitious new Associate / AVP on board who will join the experienced team working on all aspects of the deal cycle. The position will be based in London. What the job involves
- End to end work across the deal cycle: source & execute transactions, display dedication and technical skill in analysis, structuring, diligence, negotiations and closing
- Involvement in the ongoing monitoring and management of existing infrastructure investments
- Strong academic track record from a leading university
- Relevant transaction experience in an infrastructure fund or top-tier investment bank
- Team player: support the senior team members with various projects; able to work successfully with internal and external providers; proactive and enthusiastic attitude
