About our client
Our client is a broadband, technology and communications sector-focused investor, with an outstanding track record across North America. The team are expanding into Europe and are looking for a top-ranked Associate to join and focus on the origination, execution, and asset management of direct equity transactions from the London office. What the job involves
- Involvement in the full deal process, from origination through to execution
- Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
- Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
- Monitoring the existing portfolio and exits
- Experience of working in a fund or in a TMT / digital infrastructure investment banking team
- First-class academic track record and good financial modelling skills
