Summary
NCD is seeking a Billing Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role owns the full lifecycle of billing accuracy, payment file processing, partner analytics, and exception resolution across NCD's member and carrier ecosystem, while also serving as the team's eyes on billing data trends and reporting. You will be the connective tissue between our enrollment platform (E123), payment gateway (NMI), and our carrier partners, keeping billing clean, exceptions resolved, files moving without disruption, and patterns surfaced before they become problems.
This is a high-ownership, detail-oriented role built for someone with a foundation in operations or billing who is ready to take the next step. You take pride in running tight processes, dig into the numbers to understand what is driving them, and thrive in an environment where precision directly impacts member experience and carrier relationships.
