As a Business Delivery Requirements Lead, you will play a versatile & vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Your focus will be on understanding business processes, eliciting business requirements, and translating them into clear, actionable documentation for development teams. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring that solutions meet business objectives while adhering to project timelines and quality standards. As business demand and priorities arise, Business Delivery Consultants will be expected to serve in any combination of three focus areas: business analysis, business project management, and business strategy analysis.

The compensation range for this role is G3.

As a Consultant, you'll act independently or as a member of a team responsible for establishing a common understanding of the business environment in which a project must be defined, designed, created, deployed, used and supported. You will participate in major process modeling, analysis and design efforts providing business performance management, organizational design and business risk management capabilities to formulate pragmatic, forward facing and impactful business transformation plans.
