Overview:
We’re seeking a Change Management Consultant to support the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs. This role works closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to drive adoption, manage change activities, and ensure business outcomes are realized. The position offers hands-on exposure to a dynamic, client-facing environment with opportunities to lead engagement strategies and deliver measurable impact across organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end Change Management strategy and execution across technology programs.
- Conduct stakeholder identification, mapping, and engagement planning at all levels.
- Perform impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems.
- Define adoption KPIs and measurement frameworks to track success.
- Design and execute communication strategies and messaging plans.
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for end users.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions with leadership, teams, and employees.
- Create and manage change assets including communications, training materials, and plans.
- Drive adoption activities across discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases.
- Support UAT, pilot programs, and go-live readiness activities.
- Partner with technical teams to align change with delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report adoption metrics and outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
