Client Account Manager, Mid-Market (App Dev - Acquisitions)
RedditWe're looking for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Mid-Market Sales team in San Francisco! As an Acquisitions Account Manager, you are the critical success driver for new Mid-Market clients on Reddit. Your mission is to rapidly onboard new accounts, establish a clear Test & Learn roadmap, drive campaign optimization, and achieve core client goals within the first six months. You will prove the value of the platform by ensuring our clients are set up to succeed on Reddit, and will ensure clients are in a rapid scaling mode before graduating them seamlessly to the Same Store Growth (SSG) Account Executive team.
Please note that this role is required to work in person from our SF office 1-2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Strategy: Lead the process of them activating on Reddit for the first time by supporting them with the Business Manager and initial campaign creation processes.
- Signal & Technical Foundations: Lead the signal and technical foundations to ensure all new advertisers have a strong implementation (pixel/CAPI/MMP/measurement)
- Performance Optimization & Goal Attainment: Proactively analyze campaign performance data, implement a continuous Test & Learn roadmap (e.g., A/B testing creative, audience segmentation), and provide data-backed recommendatio
