Bikeleasing Gruppe is one of the leading companies in employer mobility solutions and company bike leasing. With our brands, we shape modern working environments and continue to grow. As Copywriter Corporate Communications (gn), you will take on a central role within our Corporate Communications team, actively contributing to clear, consistent, and brand-appropriate language – both internally and externally. You will work closely with the Communications and Marketing teams, as well as internal stakeholders from Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Legal. This is a role where modern copywriting, AI, and channel-specific communication come together – and where your expertise will have real impact. Sounds good? We look forward to hearing from you.
- You write, optimize, and edit texts for a variety of formats and target audiences – for both internal and external communication
- You ensure clear, professional, and brand-consistent language, contributing to communicative consistency across the entire group
- You advise internal stakeholders on how to present content in a way that is understandable, audience-appropriate, and channel-specific
- You structure different briefings and text requirements and sharpen content editorially
- You translate complex topics into clear, effective messages – using AI and digital tools to support text processes efficiently, develop variations, and ensure quality
Your profile
- You have experience in copywriting, editorial work, or corporate communications, with a strong sense of tone, brand voice, and linguistic quality
- You understand how channel- and audience-specific communication works and can adapt texts accordingly
- You use AI and digital tools in a reflective and effective way – as support for your work, not as a substitute for editorial judgment
- You communicate confidently in English (C1–C2) and are a native speaker of German
- You work in a structured, self-directed, and pragmatic way – even when briefings are still taking shape or multiple requests come in at once
