What is The Role

Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel and Deputy Corporate Secretary, with a dotted line to the Director of Corporate Legal, we are looking to hire a U.S.-based Corporate and Securities Counsel to join our Corporate, M&A and Procurement legal team in this dynamic, growing and truly globally distributed company.
We are looking for an enthusiastic forward-thinking individual with great judgement and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a distributed work environment. The ideal candidate will manage their time, have a growth mindset and will be keen to learn and grow with us, including with the use of AI and other technology tools to help us advance faster.
