This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Corporate Finance professional who enjoys winning work, building relationships and originating new mandates.
The successful candidate will join an established Corporate Finance team advising owner-managed businesses across a broad range of sectors on transactions typically valued between £5 million and £200 million.
Responsibilities include:
- Corporate Finance business development.
- Originating new Mergers and Acquisitions mandates.
- Managing key client relationships.
- Leading new business presentations.
- Working alongside experienced deal execution teams.
- Strategic input into the continued growth of the business.
Requirements
- Director, Managing Director or Partner-level experience.
- Strong Corporate Finance background.
- Mergers and Acquisitions experience.
- Proven business development track record.
- Strong commercial network.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
