As a Correspondence Specialist, you will: Perform performing administrative and/or program support work related to correspondence/FOIA control and review, such as planning, research, analysis, communication, clearance, and/or liaison. Guides staff, assigns work, establishes priorities and provides training for Departmental staff. Manage and/or prepare responses to correspondence of the Office of Housing; and/or acts as a liaison or handles the communication with persons and/or groups within and outside of the organization under the supervision of the Supervisory Correspondence Specialist. Serve as primary liaison between the Office and program offices and office staff.
