Reddit’s KarmaLab is the creative engine behind the Global Sales Organisation, helping our customers show up on Reddit in ways that feel authentic to the platform while driving real business impact. As Reddit’s in-house creative strategy team, KarmaLab partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and advertisers to develop compelling campaigns, creative strategies, and storytelling that connect brands with the vibrant communities of Reddit.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to support Reddit’s growing International business. This person will help shape creative strategy for a variety of advertisers while partnering closely with Sales teams to develop Reddit-native ideas, pitch strategic recommendations, and help brands better understand how to show up authentically on the platform.
