ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Support Analyst with French you will:
- Provide essential support to our members
- Manage arrears in line with the Collections Policies
- Develop successful repayment plans with our members
- Update corresponding logs and reports, be diligent and document actions and decisions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is brilliant at engaging with customers to join our Collections team. There are many challenges for small business owners and our members need support when things might not be going to plan. You will receive training which will equip you with the skills that you need to offer the right solutions to our members. Dealing with a range of queries and requests quickly and effectively.
The conversations that you have will be varied as you will be speaking to members at various stages in the collections process. By understanding the needs of the members you will endeavour to help them find a long-term solution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent spoken and written French and English language skills
- The ability to easily empathise with people
- Previous retail or other customer related experience
- The ability to manage your time well
- Strong negotiation and reasoning skills
- Strong desire to succeed
