We are seeking a CyberSecurity Transformation Lead (Enterprise Delivery) to join our team.
About our Cybersecurity Team

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Program Lead to drive execution of high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives within the Cybersecurity Transformation Office. This is a highly visible opportunity to lead complex programmes that are critical to delivering HPE's cybersecurity strategy.
Working across Cybersecurity, IT, and business teams, you will ensure programs are delivered with discipline, pace, and clarity — bringing structure to multi-workstream initiatives and driving alignment across stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring commitments are met, risks are managed effectively, and outcomes are delivered at scale.
Role Overview
This is an individual contributor (IC) role within the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Transformation Office, focused on programme leadership, execution management, and cross-functional coordination. You will drive complex, multi-workstream cybersecurity initiatives, bringing strong execution discipline, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment across both technical and business stakeholders. Your ability to drive accountability, maintain momentum, and provide clear, decision-oriented insight to leadership will be key to success in this role.
