As a Data Scientist, GS-1560-13, you will design, develop, and implement the analytical, statistical, and programming mechanisms necessary to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret unique and specialized human resources (HR) data sets.Advises on workforce and HR data reporting.Collects, organizes, analyzes, and interprets specialized HR data sets, including but not limited to recruitment, staffing, retirement, separations.Collects, cleans, and analyzes data; creates visualizations; and develops and tests hypotheses using tools like SAS, R, or SPSS.Uses business intelligence tools to generate reports and communicate statistical insights to non-technical audiences.
