About the Role
Launch Trainers are essential to delivering a world-class onboarding experience at Dandy. You’ll guide new dental practices through engaging training sessions—both virtual and in-person—to build confidence and excitement around digital dentistry. Beyond initial onboarding, you’ll continue coaching practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who loves teaching, building trust, and driving measurable outcomes. This role includes up to 20% travel for in-practice training and support.
What You’ll Do
Live Training & Onboarding
Lead new practices through Dandy’s onboarding program, helping them ramp up quickly and effectively.
Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and on-site, tailored to the learning styles and structure of each practice.
Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows, offering hands-on coaching during live sessions.
Build credibility and clinical trust that drives confidence and early adoption.
Take ownership of each launch, ensuring practices achieve key milestones from day one.
Ongoing Coaching & Success Enablement
Serve as a trusted coach post-launch, helping practices refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers.
Monitor early scan quality and deliver clear, constructive feedback to drive technique improvement.
Identify gaps in product usage and offer targeted follow-up to close them.
Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and ensure order success.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to share insights and improve the customer journey.
Recognize early wins and celebrate progress to build practice confidence and momentum.
What We’re Looking For
Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred).
Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
Excellent teaching and facilitation skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change.
