Inova HealthThe Director of Financial Performance Analytics is accountable for leading and directing a specialized financial analytics team and driving outcomes for optimizing the financial performance of our health system through advanced data analysis, modeling, decision support and insights. Maintains effective and responsive relationships with multiple customers in a matrixed environment. Aligns work with strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. Recommends and implements innovative approaches to improve and streamline financial analysis. Collaborates across analytics teams in the deployment of advanced financial analytic deliverables. Accountable for effectively mentoring and overseeing a team of analysts who provide strategic insights to Inova’s various internal stakeholders and decision-makers while overseeing specialized projects and timelines, ensuring quality and deadlines are consistently met.
