RedditOur Sales team empowers brands to achieve repeatable success on Reddit by helping them reach, resonate, and authentically engage with our users.
As Reddit continues to grow, we are looking for a talented leader to build on momentum and shape the future of B2C within our US Mid-Market Services team. This role leads a fast-growing portfolio of B2C advertisers across industries including Finance, Travel, Education, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, and Tech to help them find their home within Reddit’s 100,000+ active communities. Services businesses range from Fortune 100 brands to hyper-growth disruptors in high-value, high-intent categories that are shaping the future.

These partners operate with longer sales cycles and higher purchase values, where Reddit’s leaned-in communities provide a unique competitive advantage. You’ll lead and develop a team of Sales Managers across the U.S., driving both new customer acquisition and expansion with strategic partnerships - while helping define how B2C is sold, positioned and scaled across Reddit. This is an opportunity to shape a category GTM motion, influence cross-functional strategy, and inspire teams around one of the most exciting growth opportunities in our sales organization.
Please note that this role is required to be based in either New York City (preferred) or Los Angeles, working from the office 1-2 days per week.
