The Director, Mid-Market Sales will play a critical leadership role in helping advertisers connect with those audiences in meaningful, measurable ways. This leader will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing Mid-Market Sales organization, shaping go-to-market strategy, and driving revenue growth across a key segment of Pinterest’s advertising business.
This role requires a strategic and commercially minded sales leader who can balance customer-centric thinking with operational rigor. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading sales teams, developing talent, managing performance, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes. They are equally comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders, coaching frontline leaders, and influencing internal strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Mid-Market Sales organization of Sales Managers, Client Partners and Client Account Managers focused on delivering strong customer outcomes and sustainable revenue growth.
- Own the revenue strategy and business performance for the Mid-Market segment, including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, customer retention, and account growth.
