Role Overview
The Director of People Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and transforming how HR services are delivered to employees globally. Reporting directly to the VP, Employee & Manager Experience, you will own the front-line support services and operational frameworks that empower our workforce.
You will be tasked with building and restructuring a high-performing People Operations team, modernizing our HR tech stack through automation and AI, and ensuring flawless service delivery. As we evolve our HR delivery model, you will play a critical role in implementing agentic support (Okta 1) and ensuring our People Business Partners can focus on strategic initiatives by providing reliable, scalable, and intuitive foundational HR services.
What You'll Do
Lead and Transform People Operations
- Transform and lead the People Operations team to align with the company's new Employee & Manager Experience strategy.
- Oversee all employee-facing People Operations services, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality support across the employee lifecycle.
- Act as the "front door" to HR, establishing seamless handoffs and strong operational relationships across the Chief People Officer Leadership Team (CPOLT).
- Drive process standardization, simplification, and global consistency across all HR operations.
Drive Automation and Agentic Support
- Champion the adoption of agentic support by playing a lead role in the Okta 1 implementation.
- Leverage technology, automation, and AI as force multipliers to improve efficiency, scale services, and elevate the user experience.
- Partner with TDI, HRIS and Digital Solutions to ensure systems are configured to support intuitive, self-service experiences for employees and managers.
