Director, Technology FP&A
RedditReddit is seeking a solid, analytical, strategic, creative, knowledgeable, and visionary finance leader to join our Finance team as a Director, Technology FP&A . In this role, you will provide strategic and value-added financial leadership in partnership with our Engineering organization. You will partner with the Engineering teams to drive alignment and resourcing planning decisions, helping to align the needs of the business to the financial plan for the company. This person will be a thought partner, owning and driving the agenda in their area of responsibility, by driving financially responsible opportunities, and improving accuracy of reporting/insights. Additionally, you will be involved in continuing to stand up a financial process for evaluating and tracking Global Technology decisions, including working cross-functionally with other organizations within Reddit to ensure decisions are well-thought through (tax, legal, accounting, audit, etc.).

Responsibilities
- Support Reddit’s Engineering Organization - Partner with Engineering leadership to provide financial modeling assistance for key business decisions including prioritizing resources and investments to get the best ROI. Develop understanding of Engineering related issues and priorities; reconcile those matters
