
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems CommandYou will serve as a
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
in the Business Directorate, Capital Improvements (CI), Engineering and Design, Electrical Engineering, of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.You will provide independent, timely and professional specialized electrical engineering products, services and consultation for the planning, design, construction and maintenance of facilities.You will be recognized as the Subject Matter Expert, consultant, engineering coordinator, and technical specialist in the following areas: Power Distribution and Telecommunications.You will be responsible for the preparation of final detailed working drawings, comparative cost analysis, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and project specifications for a wide variety of facility types.You will develop complex designs and analyses utilizing advanced electrical engineering software such as Whole Building Design Guide (WBGD) and AutoCAD.You will perform reviews and checking of projects prepared by in-house engineers and architects.
