You will serve as a ENGINEER in the
DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
of NIWC ATLANTIC.You will develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to achieve mission objectives.You will lead integrated project teams to plan, execute, and sustain complex engineering programs.You will coordinate with technical experts and stakeholders to establish priorities, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.You will resolve complex technical and programmatic issues by negotiating with senior leaders and external organizations.You will apply Agile and systems engineering principles to support continuous product improvement and mission alignment.You will oversee R n D, test and evaluation, engineering integration, and sustainment activities.
