Naval Facilities Engineering Systems CommandYou will serve as a
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
in the PLANNING, DESIGN,
AND CONSTRUCTION DIRECTORATE
of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.You will be responsible for the enforcement of all technical and administrative provisions of assigned construction contracts.You will act as the technical representative in matters involving contract modifications and claims.You will function as senior engineer/architect and provide expert construction engineering and management advisory services to all activities and tenants served by the Facilities Engineering Command (FEC).You will be responsible for final approval of designs of major structures and facilities involving public safety.
