Engineering Director
MentimeterI am the CTO. I am hiring an Engineering Director – one of two, reporting to me. The ask is big. We are making the agentic development lifecycle the one way we build – SDLC is out, ADLC is in. I want a partner to work out with me what an engineering org is when AI writes most of the code. Nobody has that playbook, yet. We get to co-author it, and help set patterns others copy.
The shape: 5–7 teams, 30–40 engineers, led through Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers. You own technical direction, architecture and the engineering-quality bar, and co-own outcomes with Product and Design. You were an excellent engineer before you were a leader.
Practical: Stockholm HQ, 3 days/week in office. Daily work is in English (50+ nationalities). No visa relocation sponsorship for this role.
