About the team + role
The Derivatives team is building the largest regulated exchange for perpetual markets. We’re scaling fast — expanding our product line, launching new contracts, and aiming to 10x our infrastructure to meet surging demand. We operate at the intersection of crypto, finance, and performance engineering.

What you’ll do
- Lead and grow a team of backend engineers responsible for Bitstamp’s core derivatives trading platform
- Set the technical direction for high-performance services including order matching, risk systems, and consensus-based infrastructure
