Enterprise Account Executive

Our sales team is committed to customer centricity by focusing on understanding and meeting the unique needs and aspirations of each customer. We're seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive who excels at expanding relationships with key customers by deepening connections with decision-makers and crafting tailored, value-driven strategies. You will join Asana’s Enterprise sales team as a trusted partner to clients and a critical contributor to our company’s growth, sharpening your sales expertise while making a meaningful impact.

This role can either be fully remote depending on which US state you live in, or based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office: The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing customer accounts through customer success, up-selling, cross-selling, and strong commercial strategy.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing for complex deals with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.

  • Drive revenue by leveraging negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure win-win partnerships.

  • Define territory and account strategies that enable sales velocity in partnership with Sales Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Channel and Partnership Managers, and Exec Sponsors.

  • Build trust with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and other stakeholders by aligning Asana’s solutions with their strategic goals and expanding usage into new departments.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless experience and ensure successful adoption.

  • Anticipate challenges within customer accounts and offer tailored solutions to overcome obstacles, ensuring long-term satisfaction and measurable
