Enterprise Account Executive, Conglomerate
AnthropicAbout Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive based in Seoul, you'll lead Anthropic's engagement with Korea's largest conglomerate customers. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working across a group's holding company and affiliates to drive adoption of safe, frontier AI technology.
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed revenue targets across a portfolio of major conglomerate groups
- Map each group's structure - holding company, key affiliates, and in-group SI or services arms - to find where a win can expand across the group
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders at both the group-strategy level and within individual affiliates
- Navigate group governance: know which decisions need holding-company alignment and which affiliates can move independently
- Work with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to tailor solutions to each group's standards and requirements
- Turn single-affiliate wins into multi-affiliate or group-wide expansion
You may be a good fit if you have
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Korea, with a track record selling into large conglomerate group accounts
- Real understanding of conglomerate group structure and governance — holding companies, affiliate hierarchies, group-strategy offices, and in-group supplier/SI relationships
- Experience managing multi-affiliate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
