Tasks
- You treat every project like your own startup: full ownership from idea to execution, no hand-holding required
- You operate confidently in ambiguity and build structure where none exists yet, in a fast-growing climate-tech startup
- You step out of your comfort zone to deliver robust results in short timeframes that exceed expectations
Requirements
- You bring either 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up / scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking or VC, or at least 2 years of experience founding and running your own company
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands-on mindset
- You communicate fluently in both English and German, written and verbal, and can convey complex ideas concisely to different audiences
- You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and are a self-starter with a high sense of ownership, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
- You are passionate about contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future
