About the role:
We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant, Hotels to help scale our presence in the hospitality space. In this high-impact role, you’ll work directly with hotel groups and operators - guiding them from the first sales conversation through onboarding and long-term success with PriceLabs.

This role is for people who reside in Europe with preference from France, Spain or Portugal and have a work permit.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively drive new business within the hotel segment by actively sourcing, engaging, and converting prospective clients - this is a hands-on sales role with a strong outbound focus
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for hotel clients, from outreach and consultative demos to onboarding, implementation, and early results
- Guide hotel partners in adopting PriceLabs effectively, ensuring they realize meaningful revenue impact and stay engaged with the platform
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hotel operators and management groups, serving as their go-to advisor for maximizing platform value
- Identify and execute opportunities to grow accounts, increase adoption across properties, and support ongoing client success
- Work closely with Sales Ops and Growth to refine our messaging, outreach, and GTM motion for the hotel segment
- Share recommendations and insights from the field to improve offerings for the hotel segment
Who are we looking for?
- 4+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality tech, with a strong understanding of how hotel operators, revenue managers, and OTAs make decisions - Ideally, you’ve sold tech solutions (like RMS, channel managers, or booking engines) to hotel groups.
- Preferred to have Native Spanish or French proficiency and Fluency in English.
- A strong knack for sales - you genuinely enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them find solutions that create long-term value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret trends and support revenue growth strategies
