Responsibilities
- Strategically maintain sensitive information and complex calendars in a rapidly changing environment, requiring coordination with both internal and external executives and assistants
- Partner with other admins and senior leaders to align calendar availability and ensure is available for any necessary meetings, while balancing managerial and personal demands.
