Job Summary
We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work at the core of content and creative transformation engagements.
In this role, you will map existing creative workflows, redesign them, and build AI-powered pipelines that demonstrate a new operating model inside real production environments.
Building is not a differentiator in this role - it is the job. The ideal candidate comes from creative technology, production engineering, content operations, or applied AI within creative environments. You operate inside workflows, not above them.
Depending on the engagement, you may operate in a forward-deployed capacity, embedded directly within client teams and working alongside creative directors, producers, marketing technology leads, content operations teams, and engineers to redesign and ship workflows in real time.
This is not a separate program or specialization. It is an expected mode of working, requiring adaptability, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with stakeholders.
