Founding Engineer
StealthSmall, technical, well-funded team with real design partners already pulling on us. You'd be one of the first engineers, working directly with the founders across the stack: agents, low-level systems, ML infra, and the runtime that ties it together. Lots of hard, unglamorous, high-leverage problems.
You might be a good fit if:
- You're a strong generalist who's shipped real systems and can go deep when needed
- You're comfortable in messy, low-level territory
- Bonus: ML/agents, scientific instrumentation, or industrial automation
- You want high ownership, high pace, onsite in NYC
We're mostly a Python/Rust/Typescript shop. We care about what you've built, not credentials.
