About Racster:
We are building a massive racket sports community and booking platform. Over the past two months, we successfully validated our MVP with hundreds of active tennis club clients. Racster was born out of 5 years of hands-on experience running our own tennis club, experiencing the limitations of existing market solutions firsthand.
We are moving away from an external development agency to build a dedicated internal core team. We need a founding engineer to join us at an early stage to help shape architecture, product decisions, and the future direction of the platform.
Who We Are
Looking For:
- Systems Architect: You design systems that remain simple, scalable, maintainable, and cost-efficient.
- Laravel Expert: Our core ecosystem is built on Laravel; you must know it inside out.
- SaaS & Booking Experience: Hands-on experience building SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or high-volume transaction apps.
- AI-Driven Workflow: AI is a core part of your development workflow, using it extensively to accelerate delivery and reduce repetitive work.
- Product Mindset: You actively simplify complexity and care about creating the best product, not writing the most code.
- English Fluency: Fully fluent in spoken and written English.
What We Offer:
- A key role defining the architecture, product direction, and technical standards.
- Competitive hourly rate: €20–40/h with long-term, milestone-based engagement.
- Generous equity/shares package through a vesting schedule. We are looking for candidates excited by long-term ownership.
- 100% remote flexibility (ideally matching Europe to Asia time zones).
