Freelance Automation & Business Systems Specialist

They are looking for an experienced Automation & Business Systems Specialist to help us improve efficiency by designing and implementing practical, cost-effective automation solutions across our sales, marketing, administration, and customer engagement processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through automation using AI, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, CRM systems, and other affordable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
You will help us design, build and optimise solutions such as:
- Business process automation
- AI-powered assistants and automation agents where appropriate
- Lead generation and prospecting automation
- Sales outreach and follow-up automation
- CRM and customer journey automation
- Email marketing and communication workflows
- Appointment booking and scheduling automation
- Reporting and dashboard automation
- Document and administrative workflow automation
- Integration of business applications and systems
- Identifying affordable software solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual work
They are looking for someone who can recommend the most appropriate solution for each business need. This may involve AI, automation platforms, custom integrations, or simple low-cost software—whichever delivers the best value and results.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A proven track record of delivering business automation projects
- A Job Success Score of 90% or above (or equivalent excellent client feedback)
- Experience with CRM systems and email automation
- Strong understanding of workflow design and system integrations
- Examples of previous automation projects or workflows
- Excellent communication skills in English
- The ability to explain technical solutions in a clear, business-focused way

Future Opportunity
This role will initially be offered on a freelance basis. Following a successful six-month period, there is the opportunity for the position to become permanent for the right candidate, subject to performance and business needs.
