Job Description
As a key member of the Creative Operations and Resourcing group, you will report to the Senior Creative Resource Manager and play a vital role in keeping processes on track. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, has strong communication and organizational skills, and wants to contribute to a dynamic creative environment.
Position type: freelance
Target start date: late August or early September
Hours per week: expected 30 - 35 hours
Duration: 3 months to start, possibility to extend

What You'll Do
- Support the high-volume invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide Production Resource Management coverage as needed.
- Provide administrative support for the internal resource management system.
- Follow up on time entry to help ensure reporting is completed on time.
- Provide administrative support for weekly resourcing meetings.
- Manage and update documents, maintain organized filing systems, and keep folder structures clear and consistent.
- Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfort using Slack, Zoom and Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindsetâyou identify what needs to be done and take initiative.
- Experience in a creative, agency, or operations environment is an asset
