What the role looks like day to dayAs a Gas Install Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out:
- Domestic gas boiler replacements and upgrades
- Full central heating system installations
- First and second fix installation works
- System commissioning and handovers
- Pipework alterations and heating system improvements
- Ensuring all installation work meets current Gas Safe and regulatory requirements
You'll work safely, professionally and efficiently, delivering high standards of workmanship and excellent customer service in occupied homes and residential properties.
The work is steady and varied, giving you the autonomy to plan your day, manage your workload and take pride in completing installations to a high standard.
You'll also participate in our out-of-hours rota, with additional standby and call-out payments available on top of your base salary.

- ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1
- Experience carrying out domestic gas boiler and heating system installations
- Sound understanding of gas safety regulations and industry best practice
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing and Heating
- LPG qualifications
- Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Experience installing a range of domestic heating systems and controls
