Responsibilities
- Core Development: Participate in the design and development of backend systems, utilizing Go to build high-performance and high-concurrency microservices.
- System Optimization: Gain a deep understanding of business requirements, analyze system bottlenecks, and drive product performance tuning and architectural upgrades.
- Platform Engineering: Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to the development and maintenance of common components, middleware, and frameworks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Frontend, QA, and Product teams to ensure high-quality implementation of technical solutions; draft standardized design, technical, and API documentation.
- Operations & Monitoring: Monitor live system performance, identify root causes of issues, and provide rapid resolutions for production environment incidents.
Qualifications
- Education: 2026 or 2027 graduates. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
- Technical Foundations: * Proficiency in Computer Networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.) and Operating Systems principles (Process/Thread, Memory Management, I/O mechanisms).
- Mastery of Data Structures and Algorithms with a commitment to clean, high-quality code.
- Technical Proficiency: * Familiarity with Golang and its conc
