About the role
We're a fast-growing consumer AI company giving millions of users access to the world's leading AI models — chat, image, and video generation — under one subscription. We run one of the biggest Google Ads accounts in the world, alongside a major Microsoft Ads (Bing) presence, across 40+ countries and 30+ languages.
We work AI-first: our campaigns are researched, built, and optimized with the help of AI agents (Claude), directed by a human expert. We're looking for that expert.
You'll own the performance of our Google Ads account end to end — structure, keywords, ads, bids, compliance, and growth — using Claude as your daily co-pilot for research, audits, and campaign work.
Key Responsibilities
Scaling — grow profitable spend across countries, products, and devices; find untapped markets and launch them; manage budgets and targets against real revenue and payback goals.
Keyword research — build and maintain large-scale keyword systems: discover new opportunities, validate demand, organize keywords into clean clusters (brand vs. generic AI searches), and make sure every new AI model release is covered from day one.
Ad strength & copy — keep ad quality high across the whole account: ads that mirror what people actually search, strong Ad Strength scores, and quality localization in 30+ languages.
Campaign structure — design and maintain a clean, scalable account: well-themed ad groups, sensible country tiers, no dead or duplicated inventory, and consistent naming across a very large campaign portfolio.
Compliance — solid working knowledge of Google Ads policies: trademark rules (we advertise around major AI brand names), misleading-claims policy, and how to prevent — and if needed, appeal — account-level restrictions like Limited Ad Serving.
Bid management — set and continuously adjust CPA/ROAS targets based on real revenue data per country, device, and campaign — not gut feeling.
Working with AI — use Claude and AI workflows daily to research keywords, generate and review ad copy, audit the account, and automate the repetitive parts of the job.

As privacy-first frameworks mature, UX researchers are discovering sophisticated ways to gather behavioral insights without constant user interruption—fundamentally changing how we understand digital experiences.

Why AI Design Tools Are Quietly Replacing Junior Designers and What Actually Comes Next
AI tools promise efficiency, but London studios are discovering an unexpected paradox: automation creates new bottlenecks requiring precisely the expertise being eliminated. We investigate what's actually happening to entry-level design work.

How Passive Data Collection is Reshaping UX Research
As users grow weary of surveys and interviews, researchers are turning to ambient behavioural signals from keystroke dynamics to micro-interactions to understand product experience without asking a single question.
