DJ & Lindsey Real EstateMost real estate marketing is ugly. Starbursts, drop shadows, four fonts, a headshot in the corner doing nothing for anyone. We built this company on the opposite instinct and it is the reason we have grown from a single office into four markets with a fifth on the way.
DJ & Lindsey Real Estate is an independent Florida brokerage. Around 150 agents, 32 people on staff, offices in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Palm Beach and Orlando, with Tampa opening. We describe ourselves as a marketing company that sells real estate, and that is not a line we use for recruiting. It is how the company is actually built.
Independent matters for this job. There is no franchise sending us a brand template and no corporate approval chain in another state. The visual system is ours. Whoever takes this seat helps decide what it becomes.
What you would be doing
Building and holding the brand system across everything we put into the world. Print, digital, listing collateral, campaign work, environmental design in new offices, recruiting materials, and the standards that keep 150 agents from wandering off in 150 directions. Four markets already look like one company. Your job is to make sure that stays true as we grow.
You would report directly to me, the CEO. Not to a marketing director, not to a committee. You show me work, I give you a real answer, you keep moving.
Who this is for
Someone with restraint. You know why the space matters more than the element, you have opinions about type, and you can explain your choices without hiding behind trends. You have built a brand system, not just executed inside someone else's. You work fast without getting sloppy, and you would rather ship something considered than something loud.
The strongest candidates probably come from luxury hospitality, marine, private aviation, retail or club marketing. If your background is not real estate, that is a point in your favor.
Who this is not for
You want to work from home. You want a large team to hide inside. You need three rounds of feedback before you commit to a direction. You think good design means adding something.
How to apply
Send your portfolio and pick three projects. Tell me why you made the choices you made in each one. That is the whole application. Skip the cover letter.
We move fast. A short call, one paid brief at market rate so we both see how it feels to work together, then a decision. No unpaid tests and no month long interview loop.
