Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
- Design & Production: Create and design materials for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, and social media graphics.
- Conceptualisation & Ideation: Develop visual concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay committed to self-improvement by keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Engage in professional development opportunities provided by the company to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Problem-Solving: Actively identify design and technical challenges, and develop creative, effective solutions to overcome them. Use your problem-solving of digital assets.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive visual content.
- Quality Control & Revisions: Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and quality before final production.
- Design & Front-End Development: Create and implement digital assets such as banners, social media graphics, email templates, and responsive web pages. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that are both visually appealing and functional. Ensure all digital assets adhere to brand guidelines and meet project requirements.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay informed on digital design trends and explore new practices to continually improve user experience.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent typography, colour theory, and layout skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
