As the Graphic Designer you will design and produce original visual and multimedia materials in support of Enrollment Management marketing and communication efforts, with a primary focus on new student recruitment and enrollment initiatives.Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multi-media, printing technology, or related field AND a minimum of three (3) years full-time experience in concept development and design of high quality promotional materials. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience working with digital publishing and graphic design software including Adobe InDesign, Canva, WordPress, PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of accessible design principles for all forms of media created.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with principles, practices and techniques of digital art, graphic design, layout and illustration.
• Experience working in a higher education or similar institutional setting.
• Experience using an established design system to create new work.
• Experience using project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with non-design stakeholders.
• Comfort receiving and incorporating feedback.
• Ability to balance creativity with institutional branding constraints.
Monthly Salary: $4,061.90- $6,092.84 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
