The Role
As a Group Director, Client Strategy, you are a senior business and strategic leader responsible for a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth client relationships. You lead multiple Directors and their books of business, ensuring strategic excellence, operational rigor, and strong financial performance across your pod. Serving as both an executive client advisor and organizational leader, you drive integrated marketing strategies, strengthen executive partnerships, and deliver portfolio-level growth while setting the standard for cross-functional collaboration and commercial accountability.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $157,000 - $180,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
