🎯 Role Overview
As Head of Education Excellence, you lead the full education vertical across all eight locations on three continents — the curriculum specialists, the Program and Learning Design team, WASC and accreditation, Summer Camps, Education Center Directors, and the Student Support and Admissions function. You are the person accountable for the quality, coherence, and operational performance of everything that happens inside a Boundless Education Center.
Your mission is to ensure that the Boundless educational vision is executed with clarity, consistency, and operational rigor across every destination. We are at a pivotal moment: reimagining what education can look like for globally mobile families, setting trends rather than following them, and proving that project based, place based learning can deliver both academic depth and real world impact at scale. This role exists to make that vision operational and consistent, across every site, every cohort, every season.
You report directly to the COO and lead a globally distributed team of education specialists, site directors, and program leads. You are the direct bridge between global ambition and local execution, and the person who ensures that what we promise families is what they actually experience.
