What We’re Looking For
As the world learns to operate in the agentic era, Postman is reinventing itself as the AI-native API platform where humans and agents can collaborate in a secure and scalable fashion. We’re building a product that provides value to developers building and consuming APIs as well as engineering leaders managing large scale distributed services alike.
We are looking for an exceptional engineering leader with a product mindset and a passion for building scalable platforms. As Head of Customer Journey and Monetization Platform, you will build the next generation of our Monetization platform. You will be responsible for leading multiple teams within Monetization Engineering. Your role involves designing, implementing, and running critical tier 0 services for the company. You will also be responsible for understanding the core customer personas and optimize their core journeys within the product, leading to stickiness, higher adoption and growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with attention to detail and a relentless drive for quality. They should be able to strike a balance between short term needs and long term objectives. They should also be able to build and motivate high performing teams, and be generous listeners to their team members and peers alike. They will have an extreme bias for action and have experience building high performance teams in an AI-first world.
